摘 要:合成了一种新型的基于半菁结构、以4-溴丁酸酯为识别基团的水合肼荧光探针(HCY-BT)。在乙腈/水体系中,通过紫外吸收与荧光发射光谱研究了探针对水合肼的响应性能。探针溶液(10μmol/L)中加入水合肼(200μmol/L)后,其在600 nm处的荧光明显降低,而且荧光强度与水合肼浓度在0~200μmol/L有良好的线性关系,探针对肼的检测限为2.41μmol/L。另外探针对肼响应后发生明显的颜色变化,溶液由黄色变为无色,而加入其他的干扰物质后没有颜色变化,显示了良好的抗干扰性能。Using 4-bromobutyrate as the recognition group,ahemicyanine-based fluorescent probe HCY-BT for hydrazine recognition was synthesized.The response of the probe to hydrazine in acetonitrile/water was studied by ultraviolet absorption and fluorescence emission spectra.The fluorescence intensity of the probe(10μmol/L)at 600 nm decreased significantly when hydrazine(200μmol/L)was added,and the fluorescence intensity had a good linear relationship with the concentration of hydrazine in the rang of 0-200μmol/L.The detection limit for hydrazine was calculated to be 2.41μmol/L.When hydrazine was added to the solution of HCY-BT,the color changed from yellow to colorlesswhich could be seen by naked eye while no color change was observed when other interfering substances were added,indicating the good anti-interference performance of the probe.All these results demonstrated the potential of HCY-BT to be applied in hydrazinedetection.
