摘 要:目的:探究新疆维吾尔族(维族)和哈萨克族(哈族)气阴两虚2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者尿液中氨基酸的变化,找出氨基酸特征性代谢物。方法:选择177例志愿者,检测其尿液中的17种氨基酸。结果:在尿液的17种氨基酸中,维族和哈族的氨基酸差异性代谢物为蛋氨酸(Met)、亮氨酸(Leu);气阴两虚T2DM的氨基酸差异性代谢物为天冬氨酸(Asp)、缬氨酸(Val)、Met、异亮氨酸(Ile)。结论:17种氨基酸代谢谱中,Met是维哈两民族气阴两虚T2DM尿液中的特征性氨基酸代谢物,从而为T2DM中医病机理论的研究提供了依据。Objective: To explore the changes of amino acids in urine of Xinjiang Uygur and Kazakh patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) with deficiency of qi and yin, and to find out the characteristic metabolites of amino acids. Methods: A total of 177 volunteers were selected to detect 17 kinds of amino acids in their urine. Results: Among the 17 amino acids in the urine, the amino acid differentialmetabolites of Uygur and Kazakh were methionine(Met), leucine(Leu). Theamino acid differential metabolites of deficiency of qi and yin in T2 DM were aspartic(Asp), valine(Val), Met, isoleucine(Ile).Conclusion: Among the 17 amino acid metabolic spectra, Met is the characteristic metabolite in the urine of Uygur and Kazakh people with deficiency of qi and yin, which provides a basis for the study of the pathogenesis of T2 DM.
