浅谈择时用药在藏医学中的应用原则

摘　　要：藏医学在择时用药的过程中积累了丰富的临床经验,择时用药的应用方式有待进一步规范。文章采用文献研究的方式收集、整理藏医学关于服药时间选取原则的相关内容进行探讨。藏医学依托特色理论和民族优势,融合历算体系、整体观念的具体内容,依据昼夜变化、季节变化的节律性特点、藏药特性以及病变部位、疾病属性、缓急状况、专科疾病的病情状况特点作为指导择时用药的应用原则。藏医学不仅保持了择时用药具有增效减毒的基础优势,而且发展出时辰组合用药的特色服药方法。In the process of taking prescription medication over time, abundant clinical experiences had been accumulated in Tibetan medicine, but the principles of application ought to be further standardized. A collection of literatures related to methods of selecting rational time in clinical was reorganized, combined with modern literature to conduct the discussion. Relying on its theoretical characteristics and national superiority. Tibetan medicine merging with the calendar system and holistic viewpoints determined the principles of application to select rational time for taking drugs according to rhythmic characteristics of the day/night cycle and seasonal variations, medicine nature, the position of diseases, diseases attributes, the disease severity and characteristics of specialist diseases. Tibetan medicine not only kept the basic advantages of time medication, but also had developed the special drug-taking method of combination therapy in different time periods.
