摘　　要：马玉宝教授治疗周围性面瘫有独特见解,将面瘫分为3型:风寒侵袭,经筋收引型。肝肾阴虚,虚风上扰型。气血亏虚,血虚生风型。周围性面瘫的发病期和稳定期可以祛风和补虚同时进行,恢复期和后遗症期以补气养血,滋肝益肾,化痰通络,清热息风为主。注重面瘫内风和外风的鉴别及辨证施治,重视产后妇女及小儿面瘫的辨证特点,取得了良好的临床疗效。Professor MA Yu-bao is a professor has unique views on the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Professor Ma divides facial paralysis into three types: Wind-cold invasion and meridian-tendon retraction. Liver and kidney yin deficiency and wind disturbance. Qi and blood deficiency, blood deficiency and wind generation. In treatment, attention should be paid to the differentiation of internal and external wind in facial paralysis. Attaching importance to the syndrome differentiation characteristics of postpartum women and children with facial paralysis, good clinical effect has been achieved in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
