摘　　要：中医药治疗慢性肝病具有较大优势,深入学习和传承名老中医诊疗慢性肝病的临床经验和学术特点,对于掌握慢性肝病诊疗规律,启迪中医临床诊疗思维,进而指导和激励慢性肝病诊疗的原始创新发展具有重要价值。文章汲取11位国家著名老中医诊疗慢性肝病的宝贵经验,在系统梳理及横向对比基础上,凝练出慢性肝病临证"三步曲":第一步,把握肝脏生理,兼顾肝之"体用",养"肝体"而助"肝用";第二步,审察肝脏病机,调和肝之"四逆",以"疏肝和胃祛瘀血、疏肝开肺达三焦、清营泄热解肝毒"为主要治法;第三步,结合微观指标,尤重肝功价值。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has great advantages in treating chronic liver disease. It is of great value to study and inherit the clinical experience and academic characteristics of prominent TCM doctors in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic liver disease, master the diagnosis and treatment rules of chronic liver disease, enlighten the thinking of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment, and then guide and stimulate the original innovative development of diagnosis and treatment of chronic liver disease. This paper drawed on the valuable experience of 11 prominent TCM doctors in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic liver disease, and on the basis of systematic review and horizontal comparison, summarized the ‘three steps’ of chronic liver disease clinical symptoms. Firstly, grasp the physiology of the liver, take into account the ‘physical use’ of the liver, nourish the ‘liver body’ and help the ‘liver use’. The second step is to examine the pathogenesis of the liver, reconcile the ‘four insides’ of the liver, and take ‘removing blood stasis in liver and stomach, removing liver and opening lung to reach three jiao, qingying discharging pyrolytic liver toxin’ as the main treatment. The third step, the combination of micro indicators, especially heavy liver value.
