摘　　要：瘀血既是多种病因导致的气血运行不畅,血液运行迟缓或停滞于脉中,或离经之血留于体内的病理产物,又是导致其他疾病的病因,瘀血停于体内可以激发机体一系列的免疫炎性反应。血瘀证见于多种疾病,其形成及致病机制复杂。文章从血瘀证中涉及的免疫、炎症机制出发,探讨血瘀证与淋巴细胞的相关研究进展,以便进一步揭示血瘀证炎性反应、免疫机制的分子生物学基础,深化血瘀证形成机制的研究。Blood stasis is not only the pathological product of qi and blood dysfunction caused by various causes, blood movement retarded or stagnated in the pulse, or deviated blood stayed in the body, but also the cause of other diseases. Blood stasis in the body can stimulate a series of immune inflammatory reactions. Blood stasis syndrome is manifested in many diseases, and its formation and pathogenesis are complex. Based on the mechanism of immunity and inflammation involved in blood stasis syndrome, this paper discussed the research progress of syndrome of blood stasis and lymphocyte, in order to further reveal the molecular biological basis of inflammation and immune mechanism of blood stasis syndrome, and deepen the study of the formation mechanism of syndrome of blood stasis.
