摘　　要：湖湘脾胃学说是湖湘中医学术流派的重要分支,主要继承和发扬马王堆医书理论、张仲景《伤寒杂病论》和李杲《脾胃论》关于脾胃病治疗的经验与学术思想体系。其治法治则与现代中医辨治消化道恶性肿瘤思想基本契合。强调健脾益胃,化生气血;肝胃同治,兼顾他脏;理气燥湿,温阳补肾;重视康复,倡治未病。总结湖湘名老中医的临证经验,挖掘其辨证及用药规律,将为中医治疗消化道恶性肿瘤提供新的参考价值,值得临床进一步探索和应用。Hunan spleen and stomach theory are an important branch of the Hunan TCM academic school, it mainly inherits and develops the experience and academic ideology of spleen and stomach treatment in Mawangdui medical book theory, ZHANG Zhong-jing’s Shanghan Zabing Lun and LI Gao’s Piwei Lun. Its rules of law are in line with modern Chinese medicine’s idea of treating digestive tract malignant tumors, which attach importance to strengthening spleen and stomach, qi and blood;liver and stomach with the same treatment, taking into account other organs;drying dampness with pungent and warm herbs and soothing the liver and regulating qi, and emphasis on rehabilitation, advocating preventive treatment of disease. This paper excavates and summarizes the laws of syndrome differentiation and drug use from the clinical experience of distinguished veteran TCM doctors in Hunan, hoping to provide new reference value for Chinese medicine treatment of malignant tumors of digestive tract, which is worthy of further clinical exploration and application.
