摘 要:目的:观察黄连降糖片对T2DM大鼠糖脂代谢及脂联素的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为造模组和正常组,造模组给予高脂高糖饲料喂养4周后,腹腔注射链脲佐菌素溶液45mg/kg造模。造模成功后黄连降糖片不同剂量组(分别为生药0.081、0.162、0.243、0.324、0.405、0.486、0.567、0.648、0.729g/kg)予以指定剂量灌胃,阳性对照组予盐酸二甲双胍片0.2g/kg灌胃,模型组及正常组予同体积蒸馏水灌胃。灌胃4周后,检测空腹血糖(FBG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及脂联素(ADPN)的水平。结果:与模型组比较,黄连降糖片不同剂量组FBG、LDL-C、TC、TG水平明显下降(P<0.05),ADPN水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:黄连降糖片可明显降低T2DM模型大鼠空腹血糖水平,明显改善血脂水平,升高ADPN水平。Objective: To observe the effects of Huanglian Jiangtang Tablets on glycolipid metabolism and adiponectin in T2 DM rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into model group and normal group. The rats in the model group were fed with high fat and high sugar diet for 4 weeks and then were injected with streptozotocin 45 mg/kg for injection. After successful establishment of the model, different dosage groups of Huanglian Jiangtang Tablets(0.081, 0.162, 0.243, 0.324, 0.405, 0.486, 0.567, 0.648 and 0.729 g/kg) were given specific dosage by gavage. The positive control group was given metformin hydrochloride 0.2 g/kg by gavage, while the model group and the normal group were given the same volume of distilled water by gavage. After 4 weeks of gavage, the levels of FBG, HDL-C, LDL-C, TC, TG, and adiponectin were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, the levels of FBG, LDL-C, TC and TG in different dosage groups of Huanglian Jiangtang Tablets decreased significantly(P<0.05), and the levels of adiponectin increased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion: Huanglian Jiangtang Tablets can significantly reduce fasting blood glucose level, improve blood lipid level and increase adiponectin level in T2 DM model rats.
