摘  要:目的建立环介导恒温扩增(LAMP)检测曲霉菌的方法。方法用LAMP技术扩增曲霉菌菌株,并应用临床标本检测,同时对方法特异性、敏感性进行观察。结果所测曲霉菌菌株均获扩增产物,对其他非曲霉菌菌株无交叉反应,其检测敏感性可达0.05pg。结论LAMP方法特异性好,灵敏度高,操作简便,快速,适合从临床标本中检测曲霉菌。Objective To establish loop-mediated isothemal amplification for detecting Aspergillus.Methods Aspergillus strains were amplified by LAMP and detected by clinical samples.The specificity and sensitivity of the method were observed.Results all Aspergillus strains were amplified and there was no cross reaction to other non-Aspergillus strains.The sensitivity of LAMP was up to 0.05pg.Conclusion LAMP is of strong specificity,high sensitivity,and is convenient,fast,as well as suitable for the detection of aspergillus from clinical specimens.
