血清IL-4、hs-CRP、IL-17、IL-33及Ang-2浓度变化在儿童支气管哮喘中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨支气管哮喘患儿血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、IL-17、IL-33、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血管紧张素-2(Ang-2)水平的变化及其意义。方法选取2014年1月至2016年12月在我院儿科诊治的150例支气管哮喘患儿进行研究(哮喘组)、选取同期健康儿童60例(健康组),检测两组血清中IL-4、IL-17、IL-33、hs-CRP、Ang-2水平,并根据病情对哮喘组进行亚组分析。结果哮喘组患儿血清的IL-4、IL-17、IL-33、hs-CRP、Ang-2均高于健康组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性发作期哮喘组患儿血清的IL-4、IL-17、IL-33、hs-CRP、Ang-2均高于缓解期哮喘患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);哮喘组患儿血清的IL-4、IL-17、IL-33、hs-CRP、Ang-2之间均呈显著的正相关系(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患儿血清IL-4、IL-17、IL-33、hs-CRP、Ang-2水平显著升高,急性发作期升高更加显著,相互间具有一定的相关性。Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum interleukin-4(IL-4),IL-17,IL-33,high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) and angiotensin-2(Ang-2) levels in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 150 children with bronchial asthma diagnosed in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected for study(asthma group) and 60 healthy children were selected as healthy group.groups both were detected in serum IL-4,IL-17,IL-33,hs-CRP,Ang-2 level,and according to the condition of asthma group.Results The serum IL-4,IL-17,IL-33,hs-CRP and Ang-2 of children with asthma group were higher than those of the healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);acute asthma group serum IL-4,IL-17,IL-33,hs-CRP,Ang-2 were higher than those in asthma children during remission,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was a significant positive correlation the relationship between serum of children with asthma IL-4,IL-17,IL-33,hs-CRP,Ang-2(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum IL-4,IL-17,IL-33,hs-CRP,Ang-2,and were significantly increased in children with bronchial asthma,and the increase of the acute attack period was more significant,and the correlation was significant between each other.
