摘 要:天津市区内被废弃的旧工业建筑占地仍颇具规模.以如今被改造为创意产业园区的旧工业建筑群为研究对象,通过调查问询、现场实测等方法,对其室内突出的物理环境问题进行研究.为体现研究的代表性,文中为旧工业建筑改造归纳出园区内三种重要业态的平面布局,并以此为基础,采用数值模拟方法验证技术提升方案.结果表明:通过被动式技术优化建筑的窗地比、采光系数和围护结构传热系数,可使其室内天然采光和外围护结构热工性能明显提升.The old industrial buildings abandoned in Tianjin City are still quite large.This paper takes the old industrial buildings that are now being transformed into creative industrial parks as the research objects,and studies the outstanding physical environment problems in the interior of the old industrial buildings.In order to reflect the representativeness of the research,the paper sums up the plane layout of three important formats in the old industrial building transformation,and uses the numerical simulation method to verify the technical upgrading scheme.The results show that the thermal performance of indoor natural lighting and outer enclosure structure can be greatly improved by optimizing the window to ground ratio,the coefficient of lighting and the heat transfer coefficient of the enclosure structure by passive technique.
