摘 要:通过三维定常数值模拟方法,分析混流式水泵水轮机导叶间不同周向偏距RCP对水力效率的影响研究。选取9种不同的周向偏距RCP,对4种不同工况的计算,得到周向偏距RCP对水泵水轮机各工况效率影响规律。考虑机组设计工况和非设计工况下机组性能,周向偏距RCP在0-4/18之间比较合理。周向偏距RCP的变化引起水力效率下降的因素为:造成活动导叶出口处速度分布不均匀,进而活动导叶出口后的过流部件流速分布不均匀使得损失增大,导致水力效率降低。The influence of different circumferential offsets of guide vane on hydraulic efficiency of Francis pump turbine is analyzed by three-dimensional constant numerical simulation method. Under 9 different circumferential offset RCP,4 different working conditions are calculated to analyze the influence of circumferential offset RCP on the efficiency of pump turbines under various working conditions. Considering the unit performance under design and off-design conditions,the circumferential offset is reasonable between 0-4/18.The variation of the circumferential offset RCP causes the hydraulic efficiency to decrease,resulting in uneven velocity distribution at the exit of the movable guide vane,and the uneven distribution of the flow velocity of the overcurrent component after the exit of the movable vane causes the loss to increase,resulting in a decrease in hydraulic efficiency.
