摘 要:目的探讨血细胞分析仪自动计数外周血有核红细胞的临床应用价值。方法选取科室于2016年12月至2018年10月收治的206例血液病及非血液病患者作为研究对象,纳入对象均行全自动血细胞分析仪和显微镜计数法计算外周血有核红细胞的数量。结果全自动血细胞分析仪和显微镜计数法具有相关性,两方法结果比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);低值、中值和高值外周血有核红细胞标本绝对计数的批内CV平均<6.0%;全自动血细胞分析仪外周血中有核红细胞阴性预测值和灵敏度均达到了100.00%。结论全自动血细胞分析仪计算外周血有核红细胞具有良好的精密度和准确性,在血液病及非血液病患者的诊断中具有良好的临床价值,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical value of automatic counting of peripheral blood nucleated red blood cells by blood cell analyzer. Methods A total of 206 patients with hematological and non-hematological diseases admitted to our department from December 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the subjects. The number of nucleated red blood cells in peripheral blood was calculated by automatic blood cell analyzer and microscopic counting. Results The results of automatic blood cell analyzer and microscopic counting method were correlated, and there was no statistical difference between the two methods(P> 0.05). The average CV of low, median and high value peripheral blood nucleated erythrocyte samples was less than 6.0%. The negative predictive value and sensitivity of nucleated red blood cells in peripheral blood of automatic blood cell analyzer reached 100.00%. Conclusion The automatic blood cell analyzer has good precision and accuracy in calculating peripheral blood nucleated red blood cells. It has good clinical value in the diagnosis of patients with hematological diseases and non-hematological diseases. It is worth learning.
