综合护理模式在经皮肾活检穿刺中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的分析综合护理模式在经皮肾活检穿刺中的应用效果。方法随机抽取我院于2018年11月至2019年8月收治的经皮肾活检穿刺患者共200例,给予患者实施护理干预,并根据护理方法不同进行平均分组。实验组患者共100例,采用综合护理模式干预,对照组患者共100例,采用常规护理干预,观察比较两组患者护理结束后其护理效果情况。结果护理结束后,实验组患者护理满意度远高于对照组,且前者并发症发生率远低于后者,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对经皮肾活检穿刺患者实施综合护理模式干预,可提升患者护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,护理效果与安全性均较好,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing mode in percutaneous renal biopsy puncture. Methods Two hundred patients with percutaneous renal biopsy admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to August 2019 were randomly selected. Nursing intervention was given to the patients, and the patients were divided into different groups according to different nursing methods. There were 100 cases in the experimental group and 100 cases in the control group. The patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, and the patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention. Observe and compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients after nursing. Results After the end of nursing care, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications of the former group was much lower than that of the latter, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing percutaneous renal biopsy can improve their nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, and have better nursing effect and safety, which is worthy of promotion.
