摘　　要：目的探讨时间治疗学在高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月至8月的高血压患者50例,采取随机抽样设为试验组(n=25)与对照组(n=25)。对照组采用常规护理,试验组根据时间治疗学采用最佳时间实施护理干预,观察两组服药依从性。结果试验组服药依从性高于对照组,两组比较有差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论时间治疗学在高血压患者中的应用效果显著,值得护理人员推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of time therapy in patients with hypertension. Methods From April to August 2018,50 patients with hypertension were randomly selected as experimental group(n =25) and control group(n=25).The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was treated with the best time according to the time therapy. The compliance of the two groups and the accuracy of blood pressure monitoring were observed. Results The compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion The application of time therapy in patients with hypertension is effective, and it is worth popularizing and applying in nursing staff.
