等离子低温消融术配合骶管滴注治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察对腰椎间盘突出患者拟定等离子低温消融术配合骶管滴注方案的治疗效果。方法取本院骨伤科收治腰椎间盘突出患者并在该群体中随机抽取300例,数字编序后随机均等分组,为对照1组、对照2组与联合组,对应给予等离子低温消融术治疗、骶管滴注治疗、等离子低温消融术配合骶管滴注治疗。结果治疗后自觉疼痛感联合组患者数据改善幅度更具优越性(P<0.05);在临床疗效评价方面,联合组患者数据具备优越性且组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出患者给予等离子低温消融术联合骶管滴注无论是病情缓解或者是疼痛改善方面均有满意的效果。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of plasma hypothermia ablation combined with fistula drip in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods Three hundred patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly selected from the orthopaedics and traumatology department of our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into control group 1, control group 2 and combined group. The patients were treated with plasma hypothermia ablation, sacral canal drip therapy, plasma hypothermia ablation and sacral canal drip therapy.Results After treatment, the data of conscious pain in the combined group was more superior(P< 0.05). In terms of clinical efficacy evaluation, the data of combined group were superior and there was significant difference between groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion Plasma hypothermia ablation combined with sacral drip for patients with lumbar disc herniation has satisfactory results in terms of condition relief or pain improvement.
