京津两地传统体育养生文化与养老服务业融合模式的案例研究

摘　　要：在目前我国养老服务体系的构建中,虽然提出"医养结合、健康管理、慢病防治"等概念,但几乎都是偏重于医疗、护理、保险等领域,对体育范畴的介入并没有现行的理论依据和实践范式。本文通过实证研究对京津两地在传统体育养生文化与养老服务业融合中的相关问题进行深入探析。得出,目前养老服务机构对传统体育养生文化介入的需求意愿较高,但对于如何建立融合发展的模式还没有明确的构想和举措;在个案研究中发现,融合路径的建立需要在政府的主导下,吸引社会资本参与运作,以社区为依托,在建立自主管理的环节中分层推进,逐渐形成循环递进的协同关系;传统体育养生文化在内容系统化提炼、处方化设计、专业性人才培养等方面还需进一步完善与提高。In the current construction of China’s pension service system, although the concept of the combination of medical care and nursing, health management, prevention and treatment of chronic diseases have been put forward, almost all of them focus on medical treatment, nursing, insurance and other fields, and there is no existing theoretical basis and practice paradigm for the involvement of sports. This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the integration of traditional sports health culture and old-age service industry in Beijing and Tianjin through empirical research. It is concluded that the pension service institutions have a high demand for the intervention of traditional sports and health culture, but they have no clear ideas and measures on how to establish the integrated development model. In the case study, it is found that the establishment of integration path needs to attract social capital to participate in the operation under the guidance of the government, take the community as the support, and push forward at different levels in the process of establishing independent management, and gradually form a cyclic and progressive collaborative relationship. The traditional sports health culture needs to be further improved in the aspects of systematic refinement, prescribing design and professional talent training.
