摘 要:目的探讨中国汉族人群中DDR1基因多态性位点与白癜风疾病状态的遗传学关联。方法针对1264例中国汉族受试者(白癜风患者378例,健康对照个体886例)DDR1基因区域的12个标签单核苷酸多态性(SNP)进行了基因分型。利用χ^2检验分别从基因型和等位基因的层次对12个候选SNPs在白癜风和对照受试者中的分布情况进行比较。结果DDR1基因区域的SNP位点rs2267641在基因型和等位基因的层次均与白癜风疾病状态存在着显著性关联(P=0.0008,OR=1.37)。结论在中国人群中验证了DDR1基因的rs2267641位点与白癜风疾病状态具有显著性关联,提示DDR1基因可能是白癜风的易感基因。Objective To investigate the genetic association between SNPs in DDR1 gene and the status of vitiligo in Han Chinese population.Methods Twelve selected tag SNPs in DDR1 gene were genotyped in 1264 subjects comprising 378 vitiligo patients and 886 healthy controls.χ^2 tests were performed to detect the potential genetic association between SNPs and vitiligo status at both genotypic and allelic levels.Results SNP rs2267641 was significantly associated with vitiligo(P=0.0008,OR=1.37)at both genotypic and allelic levels.Conclusion The association between SNP rs2267641 and vitiligo was validated in Han Chinese populations,indicating that DDR1 may be a susceptibility gene for vitiligo.
