摘　　要：目的回顾性分析某三甲医院儿童面癣与头癣临床特点和致病菌种分布情况,为科学有效的防治提供依据。方法统计2018年1月-2018年12月该院皮肤科门诊诊治的儿童面癣与头癣的临床资料。结果共观察31例面癣和66例头癣患儿,儿童面癣的主要致病菌为须癣毛癣菌,占61.29%;儿童头癣的主要致病菌为紫色毛癣菌,占57.58%。两者发病率最高年龄段均为2~6岁学龄前儿童。结论亲动物性皮肤癣菌是儿童面癣主要致病菌,亲人性的皮肤癣菌是儿童头癣的主要致病菌,两者致病菌种亲宿主性比较差异有统计学意义,高质量的真菌镜检和培养是确诊儿童面癣和头癣的重要手段。Objective To provide the scientific basis for the effective prevention and treatment of tinea faciei and tinea capitis in children through retrospective analysis of clinical features and fungal infections.Methods Retrospective study of tinea faciei and tinea capitis in children was conducted at the outpatient department of dermatology in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.Results A total of 31 tinea faciei and 66 tinea capitis cases were observed.The primary pathogenic fungus causing tinea faciei in children was Trichophyton mentagrophytes,which accounted for 61.29%cases.In contrast,the primary pathogenic fungus causing tinea capitis in children was Trichophyton violaceum,which accounted for 57.58%cases.The peak incidences of both conditions were in 2~6-year-old children.Conclusion Zoophilic isolates are the primary source of pathogenic fungus causing tinea faciei in children,and anthropophilic isolates are the primary source of pathogenic fungus causing tinea capitis in children.There is a statistical difference between the two pathogenic fungi,and high-quality microscopic examination and culture of fungi are crucial for the diagnosis of tinea faciei and tinea capitis in children.
