摘  要:以暗褐网柄牛肝菌(Phlebopus portentosus)覆土材料为研究对象,通过出菇试验,研究了不同覆土材料配方、覆土材料pH、含水量、覆土层厚度,对暗褐网柄牛肝菌菌丝生长、出菇及产量的影响。单因素试验分析结果表明,发酵土50%与泥炭50%作为覆土材料,含水量50%、pH5、覆土层厚度6 cm栽培暗褐网柄牛肝菌,菌丝生长快,出菇时间短,子实体单菇产量高。正交试验结果表明,覆土材料配方对菌丝生长量、出菇天数及子实体单菇重的影响极显著,是影响暗褐网柄牛肝菌菌丝生长及出菇的主要因素,获得子实体单菇产量高的组合为发酵土50%和泥炭50%(v∶v)、含水量45%、pH5、覆土层厚度4 cm。The casing soil material of Phlebopus portentosus was studied.Through the fruiting test,the effects of different casing materials formula,pH,water content and casing layer thickness on the mycelial growth,fruiting and yield of P.portentosus were studied.The results of single factor test showed that,under the condition of 50%fermented soil and 50%peat mixture,water content 50%,pH 5,and the soil layer thickness 6 cm,the mycelium grew quickly,the fruiting time was short and the yield of the single fruiting body was high,respectively.The results of orthogonal test showed that,the effect of the casing material formula on the growth of mycelium,fruiting days and single fruiting body weight was extremely significant.The casing material formula is the main factor affecting mycelial growth and fruiting of P.portentosus.The optimum combination condition with single fruiting body high yield was 50%fermented soil and 50%peat mixture,water content 45%,pH 5,and the soil layer thickness 4 cm.
