基质不同配比对猴头菇产量及性状的影响

摘　　要：为探究适合猴头菇(Hericium erinaceus)栽培的基质配方,采用常规材料木屑和棉籽壳作为主料,麸皮作为辅料,探究三者间的不同配比对猴头菇产量、品质性状和栽培周期的影响。通过综合比较,最终筛选出工厂化猴头菇栽培产量高、品质优、周期短的基质配方,主料木屑与棉籽壳等比配合,二者与辅料麸皮以4.5∶1配合,即木屑40.1%、棉籽壳40.1%、麸皮17.8%、石膏1%、糖1%,含水量66%。In order to explore the suitable cultivation formula for Hericium erinaceus,using common material wood sawdust and cottonseed shell as the main materials,and wheat bran as auxiliary material,the effects of different proportions of the 3 materials on yield,quality characters and cultivation cycle of H.erinaceus were studied.Through the comprehensive comparison,the cultivation formula with high yield,excellent quality and short period for industrial cultivation of H.erinaceus was selected.The proportion was that,the ratio of sawdust and cottonseed shell was 1∶1,and the ratio of mixture and wheat bran was 4.5∶1,which is sawdust 40.1%,cottonseed shell 40.1%,bran 17.8%,gypsum 1%and sugar 1%and the water content contain 66%.
