摘 要:为分析β-榄香烯与姬松茸萃取物的抗肿瘤作用及药理学机制。选择60只纯系小鼠为研究对象,分为肝癌对照组、肝癌用药组、艾氏腹水癌对照组、艾氏腹水癌用药组,分别给予各组小鼠吐温-80、β-榄香烯与姬松茸萃取物处理。经抗肿瘤实验、免疫试验等评估β-榄香烯与姬松茸萃取物的作用。肝癌用药组生命延长率高于肝癌对照组(P<0.05)。艾氏腹水癌用药组生命延长率高于艾氏腹水癌对照组(P<0.05)。β-榄香烯与姬松茸萃取物联合用药组用药24 h、48 h后右侧脚垫增加厚度明显低于试剂吐温-80对照组(P<0.05)。β-榄香烯与姬松茸萃取物联合用药组用药后艾氏腹水癌细胞分裂指数、用药8 h癌细胞分裂指数与吐温-80对照组差异不显著。β-榄香烯与姬松茸萃取物可对肝癌细胞产生明显杀伤作用。β-榄香烯与姬松茸萃取物联合用药组RNA含量、DNA含量均低于试剂吐温-80对照组(P<0.05)。研究可知,β-榄香烯与姬松茸萃取物具有良好的抗肿瘤作用,这一作用主要与影响免疫机制、抑制癌细胞RNA、DNA合成有关。To analyze the anti-tumor effect and pharmacological mechanism of beta-elemene and Agaricus blazei extraction.60 pure mice were selected as research objects and divided into the control group of liver cancer,the treatment group of liver cancer,the control group of eigerella ascites cancer,and the treatment group of eigerella ascites cancer.The effects of beta-elemene and Agaricus blazei extraction were evaluated by anti-tumor and immune experiments.The life prolongation rate in the liver cancer treatment group was higher than that in the liver cancer control group(P<0.05).The life prolongation rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The increased thickness of the right pad in the group combined with beta-elemene and Agaricus blazei extraction was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the cancer cell division index of euler ascites immediately after administration and the cancer cell division index of twain-80 control group.Beta-elemene and Agaricus blazei extraction can significantly kill liver cancer cells.The RNA content and DNA content in the group combined with beta-elemene and Agaricus blazei extraction were lower than those in the twain-80 control group(P<0.05).Beta-elemene and Agaricus blazei extraction have good anti-tumor effect,which is mainly related to the immune mechanism and inhibition of RNA and DNA synthesis of cancer cells.
