摘 要:对玻璃纤维织带中经位置线的设置及开口时经纱的拉伸变形进行分析。发现经位置线等张力的梭口配置有助于减小织造中经纱的张力波动;经纱的拉伸变形与梭口长度及梭口高度相关,增大梭口长度和降低梭口高度,可明显降低经纱的拉伸变形,两者的合理配置,对于玻璃纤维织带的顺利进行至关重要。The setting of warp line and the tensile deformation of warp when the shed is opened in the weaving of glass fiber ribbon were analyzed.It was found that the arrangement of shed with equal tension shed line was helpful to reduce the tension fluctuation of warp yarn in weaving.The tensile deformation of warp yarn was related to the shed length and height.Increasing the shed length and decreasing the shed height could obviously reduce the tensile deformation of warp yarn.
