摘 要:激光陀螺合光系统的作用是将陀螺角速度变化的频差信息转化为可直接测量的干涉条纹信息,合光系统加工及装配误差将直接影响干涉条纹信号,影响最终陀螺频差解算精度。建立了激光陀螺合光系统误差模型,分析了合光光束夹角与合光后信号强度及相位差间的关系,结合探测器参数确定了最优的合光光束夹角,并分析了合光棱镜加工误差及装调误差与合光夹角间的关系。仿真分析结果对激光陀螺中合光棱镜的设计及装调具有理论指导意义。The ring laser gyro beam merging system converts the frequency difference caused by the variation of angular velocity into interference fringe information that can be directly measured.The processing and alignment error of beam merging system will directly affect the interference fringe signal,and affect accuracy of the gyro frequency difference calculation.The numerical simulation model of the ring laser gyro beam merging system is established.The relationship between beam merging angle and signal intensity and phase difference is analysed.According to detector parameters,the best beam merging angle is confrimed.The relationship between beam merging prism vertex angle and angular difference of vertical aspect versus alignment error and beam merging angle is analysed.The result of simulation analysis in this paper have the oretical guiding significance to the design and alignment of ring laser gyro beam merging prism.
