摘　　要：高校图书馆要想在市场中提升竞争优势,转型便成了发展中必须要进行的一项工作。进行信息服务转型的过程中需要意识到传统工作中存在的问题,在推进网络信息资源服务转型的过程中应该将用户的实际需求作为转型工作中的重要内容,在此基础上提高用户信息需求以及信息理解,这是非常重要的。另外,还需要在已有文献资源的基础上,利用网络平台丰富图书馆信息资源,才能有效地吸引到更多用户参与其中,高校在推进网络化信息服务转型的过程中,应该了解用户的需求,完善信息服务工作,这是高校图书馆能够长久发展的重要保障。文章对此进行了分析。In order to enhance the competitive advantage in the market, the transformation of university library has become a work that must be carried out in the development. In the process of the transformation of information service, it is necessary to be aware of the problems existing in the traditional work. In the process of promoting the transformation of network information resources service, the actual needs of users should be regarded as an important part of the transformation work.
