摘　　要：在"互联网+医疗健康"的时代背景下,结合中医"治未病"的思想,文章研究并开发了一款基于Android平台的养生科普系统。该系统将食物的属性和效果数据化,并在安全数据存储的前提下进行深度数据挖掘,融合了中医营养学、食疗学等多门学科。以体质问卷为基础,以游戏为载体,通过抽取食物卡和答题的方式以期达到科普药膳养生知识的目的,让大众更深入地了解药膳,引导人们正确地养生。In the background of the "Internet+ medical health", combined with the thought of the traditional Chinese medicine "cure the disease", the article studies and develops a health-preserving popular science system based on the Android platform. The system data of the attribute and effect of the food, and carries on the deep data mining on the premise of the safe data storage, and combines the multigate subjects such as the traditional Chinese medicine nutrition and the dietotherapy. On the basis of the constitution questionnaire, taking the game as the carrier, through the method of drawing the food card and the answer, so as to achieve the purpose of the health-preserving knowledge of the popular science and medicinal food, the people can better understand the medicated diet and guide the people to keep the health properly.
