摘　　要：邮件合并功能是Word软件中的高级应用部分,掌握好这项技能可以极大提高工作效率。职校生基础差异大,故在教学中对案例进行了分层设计,用简单、浅显的方式引导学生掌握,力争让每位学生都学有所获。文章最后列出需注意的事项及可拓展应用,以供参考。The mail merge function is a high-level application part in the Word software, which can greatly improve the working efficiency. The basic difference of the base of the vocational school is large, so the case is designed in a hierarchical way in the teaching, and the students are guided by a simple and explicit way, so that each student can learn to have it. The article finally lists the matters needing attention and the expandable application for reference.
