从中医理论探讨糖尿病神经源性膀胱的治疗

摘　　要：神经源性膀胱是糖尿病的常见并发症之一,由于其发病机制复杂,且发病症状隐匿,往往不能引起医生和患者的重视,现代医学中既没有系统的治疗方法,而现有的治疗方法却常常不能达到预期的效果。然而,神经源性膀胱运用中医治疗往往能取得出人意料的效果,例如针刺、艾灸、中药汤剂。中医利用取类比象的方法,将肺与膀胱的关系比作“滴水之器,闭其上窍则下窍不通,开其上窍则下窍必利”,提出“提壶揭盖法”,从神经源性膀胱的发病机制出发,治疗神经源性膀胱,取得显著的疗效,为患者解除病痛的折磨。Neurogenic bladder is one of the common complications of diabetes mellitus.Because of its complex pathogenesis and hidden symptoms,it often fails to attract the attention of doctors and patients.There is no systematic treatment method in modern medicine,and the existing treatment methods often fail to achieve the desired results.However,traditional Chinese medicine treatment of neurogenic bladder can often achieve unexpected results,such as acupuncture,moxibustion,traditional Chinese medicine decoction.By analogy,traditional Chinese medicine compares the relationship between lung and bladder as a"dripping device",closing the upper orifice will not open the lower orifice,opening the upper orifice will benefit the lower orifice",and puts forward the"lifting pot and uncovering the lid method",starting from the pathogenesis of neurogenic bladder,treating neurogenic bladder,achieving remarkable curative effect,relieving pain for patients.
