清凉膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎局部症状疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清凉膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎局部症状的疗效,为临床应用中医特色疗法治疗该类疾病提供依据。方法:将64例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为2组各32例,对照组采用吲哚美辛、秋水仙碱、波尼松解热镇痛治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用自制清凉膏外敷治疗。连续治疗14d后进行局部疗效观察比较。结果:对照组局部症状改善有效率为90.32%,实验组为100%(P<0.01)。组内比较,2组患者关节肿痛及功能活动均有明显改善(P<0.01);组间比较,实验组在改善关节疼痛、肿胀及功能活动方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中医外治疗法清凉膏外敷联合常规西药,治疗急性痛风性关节炎,能有效改善局部症状,提高疗效,且操作简单易行,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the curative effect of external application of Qingliang ointment on acute gouty arthritis,so as to provide evidence for the clinical application of TCM characteristic therapy in the treatment of such diseases.Methods:The 64 patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups(32 patients in each group).The control group was treated with indomethacin,colchicine,and prednisone for antipyretic and analgesic treatment.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was treated with Qingliang ointment made in our hospital.Local efficacy was observed and compared after 14 days of continuous treatment.Results:The total effective rate of local symptoms was 90.32%in the control group and 100%in the experimental group(P<0.01).After treatment,groups comparison showed significant improvement in joint swelling,pain and functional activities in both groups(P<0.01);Compared between inter-groups,the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Qingliang ointment combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute gout arthritis can be more effectively.Meanwhile,the operation is simple and easy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
