从脾辨治多发性肌炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察从脾辨治多发性肌炎的临床疗效。方法:60例多发性肌炎患者随机分为对照组、治疗组,2组均为30例。对照组给予泼尼松治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药从脾辨治,辨证论治。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组治疗后肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、VAS评分均较治疗前降低,治疗组与对照组相比降低明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组肌力分级改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:从脾辨治多发性肌炎可以降低血清肌酶水平及VAS评分,改善患者肌力分级,减少不良反应,疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the dialectical treatment of Polymyositis from spleen.Methods:60 patients with polymyositis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and both groups were 30 cases.The control group was treated with prednisone treatment,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine from the spleen and dialectical treatment,on the basis of the control group.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment with creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),VisualAnalogue Scale/Score(VAS),the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of muscle force classification in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dialectical treatment of polymyositis from the spleen can reduce the serum muscle enzyme level and Visual Analogue Scale/Score,improve the patient’s muscle grading,reduce the adverse reactions,and the curative effect is remarkable.
