中药内服外敷联用治疗亚急性甲状腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:考察中药联用内服外敷治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法:我院2016年9月-2018年11月就诊亚急性甲状腺炎患者157例,随机分2组,治疗组采用中药内服外敷治疗,对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,设立临床观察指标,检测游离甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、血沉、促甲状腺激素水平,观察患者治疗前后症状改变,对观察数据进行统计学处理。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率为90.0、90.9%,痊愈率为55.0、48.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.61,P=0.003,P<0.05);甲减发生率分别为5.0%、9.1%,比较有统计学意义(χ^2=5.36,P=0.003,P<0.05)。药品不良反应发生率分别为8.8%、13.0%。结论:治疗组与对照组疗效相当。中药内服外敷治疗亚急性甲状腺炎甲减发生率、药品不良反应发生率低。疗效确定。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with external application of external application in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods:157 patients with subacute thyroiditis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine orally and externally.The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets.Clinical observation indicators were set up to detect free thyroxine,free triiodothyronine,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,thyroid stimulating hormone levels,and to observe the changes in symptoms before and after treatment.The observation data were statistically processed.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90.0 and 90.9%,and the cure rate was 55.0 and 48.0%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.61,P=0.003,P<0.05).The incidence of hypothyroidism was 5.0%and 9.1%,respectively,which was statistically significant(χ^2=5.36,P=0.003,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 8.8%and 13.0%,respectively.Conclusion:The treatment group is equivalent to the control group.Oral and external application of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of subacute thyroiditis,the incidence of hypothyroidism,the incidence of adverse drug reactions is low.The efficacy is determined.
