摘 要:考察超高压(EHV)交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘电缆接头绝缘色泽改变的原因对电缆系统故障分析有重要意义。分别采用有限元法分析接头电–热场分布,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析电缆绝缘热历史,采用气相色谱法(GC)和裂解气相色谱法(PYGC)分析电缆及接头绝缘化学成分。并开展接头密封剂渗透性试验,研究电缆及接头绝缘机械性能和耐电强度。试验结果表明:电–热老化不是造成接头绝缘色泽改变的唯一因素。接头密封剂渗入也可以导致该现象,该原因引起的绝缘色泽改变不会导致其耐电强度和机械性能劣化。试验研究结果为EHV XLPE电缆接头故障性质判定和产品生产指导提供了借鉴。Investigation of the reasons which cause insulation discoloration of extra-high voltage(EHV)cable joint with crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE)insulation is of important significance for fault analysis of cable system.So,we analyzed the electric-thermal field distribution of joint by using a finite element method.The thermal history of cable insulation was performed by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and the chemical constituents of cable insulation and joint insulation were performed by using gas chromatography(GC)and Pyrolysis gas chromatograph(PYGC)respectively.Permeability experiments of joint sealant were performed,and the mechanical properties and electrical strength of cable insulation and joint insulation were studied.The test results show that electric-thermal aging is not the only factor for EHV cable joint insulation discoloration.Joint sealant penetrating into insulation can account for this phenomenon,and it will not lower the insulation electric strength performance and mechanical performance.The test results provide a reference for fault property determination and production instruction of EHV XLPE cable joints.
