摘  要:电磁发射起始阶段,枢轨之间良好的金属-金属接触能够有效避免电磁发射中转捩的发生。为此基于改变电枢臂形状补偿枢轨间距的思想,建立了电枢臂优化设计的新方法,以改善枢轨接触状态,并运用该方法对不同结构参数的电枢进行了优化设计。优化结果表明:该方法能够对不同结构参数的电枢进一步优化,优化后的电枢均能在不显著改变电枢原有结构和接触力的前提下,有效增加枢轨接触面积,极大减小枢轨间距,接触压强分布更均匀,并能消除枢轨尾部分离。该研究为进一步改善电枢性能提供了新的解决方案。In the early stage of electromagnetic launch,metal contact between armature and rail can effectively avoid the transition in an electromagnetic launch.Therefore,based on the idea of changing the shape of armature arm to compensate the distance between armature and rail,a new method of optimization design of armature arm is established to improve the contact state of armature and rail.The method is used to optimize the armature with different structural parameters.The optimization results show that this method can be adopted to further optimize the armature with different structural parameters.The optimized armature can effectively increase the contact area without greatly changing the original structure and contact force of the armature and greatly reduce the armature-rail spacing,more even distribution of contact pressure,eliminating the separation between rail and armature tail.This study offers a new solution for further improving armature performance.
