基于组合赋权的鲁中山区石木结构传统民居性能评价模型与应用

摘　　要：石木结构传统民居在鲁中山区分布十分广泛且极具地域特色,科学、合理的对其性能进行评价,对山东省传统村落的保护和乡村振兴战略的实施具有重要意义.根据石木结构传统民居的特性,构建了鲁中山区石木结构传统民居性能评价指标体系,提出了基于组合赋权的鲁中山区石木结构传统民居性能评价模型,在此基础上开发计算机评价系统,并通过工程案例对该评价模型进行应用.结果显示,基于组合赋权的性能评价模型能提高权重系数准确度,可以准确反映鲁中山区石木结构传统民居性能现状及变化.Traditional folk houses with stone and wood structure are widely distributed in the central mountainous area of Shandong and have regional characteristics.Scientific and reasonable evaluation of their performance is of great significance to the protection of traditional villages in Shandong and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.According to the characteristics of traditional stone and wood dwelling houses,the performance evaluation index system of traditional stone and wood dwelling houses in the central mountainous area of Shandong is constructed,and the performance evaluation model of traditional stone and wood dwelling houses in the central mountainous area of Shandong based on combination and empowerment is put forward on this basis,the computer evaluation system is developed,and the evaluation model is applied through engineering cases.The results show that the evaluation model based on combined weighting improves the accuracy of the weight coefficient and can accurately reflect the performance status and changes of traditional stone and wood residential buildings in the central mountainous area of Shandong.
