摘 要:采用三聚氰胺树脂和聚醋酸乙烯酯对人棉沙障进行硬挺整理,以提高人棉沙障的硬挺性能。通过单因素试验和正交试验对整理工艺进行优化。优化的整理工艺为:GQ-800HH 500 g/L,GH-71040 g/L,NaH2PO48%(占树脂用量比),110℃预烘3 min,160℃焙烘90 s。结合抗老化整理,添加UV-BS 25 g/L,整理后人棉沙障的弯曲长度为7.80 cm,断裂强力为139.5 N,水洗后弯曲长度为6.94 cm,UPF指数为37.82。结果表明经硬挺整理后,人棉沙障硬挺性明显提高,断裂拉伸强力略有提高,耐水洗性较好,防护系数有明显提高。Stiffening finishing process of viscose sand barrier is discussed by using melamine resin and polyvinyl acetate,and the stiffening performance of viscose sand barrier is optimized.The optimum finishing process is as follows:GQ-800HH 500 g/L,GH-71040 g/L,NaH2PO48%,pre-drying at 110℃for 3 min and curing at 160℃for 90 s.Combining with anti-aging finishing with adding of 25 g/L UV-BS,the bending length of the finished viscose sand barrier is 7.80 cm,the breaking strength is 139.5 N,the antibending after washing is 6.94 cm,and the UPF index is 37.82.The experimental results show that after stiffening finishing,the stiffness of the viscose sand barrier is obviously improved,the breaking strength is slightly improved,the washing resistance is better,and the ultraviolet protection factor is also obvious?ly improved.
