摘  要:ABI3/VP1家族是一类含有B3结构域的转录因子,对植物生长有强烈的调节作用,并在植物的ABA信号传导途径中发挥重要作用。本研究运用一系列生物信息学方法对C4作物玉米Zm ABI4b基因及其蛋白进行了结构及功能分析。结果分析表明,所选的Zm ABI4b基因含有DNA结合结构域,符合转录因子的特征。基因表达分析则进一步显示该基因在非生物胁迫和生物胁迫中均发挥作用。同时还发现钙调蛋白CAM1基因与Zm ABI4b基因在非生物胁迫和生物胁迫过程中存在相关性,并且CAM1在非生物胁迫中是ZmABI4b信号通路的负调控因子,而在生物胁迫中对ZmABI4b信号通路起着不同的调控作用。本次研究通过生物信息学和基因表达分析了玉米Zm ABI4b基因及钙调蛋白CAM1基因在非生物和生物胁迫诱导间的内在关系,为进一步了解植物应对生物胁迫和非生物胁迫两种不同作用机理提供参考,从而对深入理解植物应对生物和非生物胁迫机理有重要意义,同时可为提高玉米的品质和产量提供参考。The ABI3/VP1 family is a type of transcription factor containing a B3 domain.It has a strong regulatory effect on plant growth and plays an important role in plant ABA signaling pathways.In this study,bioinformatic methods were used to analyze the structure and function of C4 maize Zm ABI4 b gene and its protein.The results showed that the Zm ABI4 b gene contains a DNA binding domain that is consistent with the characteristics of transcription factors.Gene expression analysis further showed that the gene plays an important role not only in abiotic stresses,but also in biotic stress.At the same time,our analysis also found that there exists a correlation between Zm ABI4 b gene and calmodulin CAM1 gene during abiotic and biotic stresses.CAM1 may be a negative regulator in the Zm ABI4 b signaling pathway during abiotic stresses,whereas it may play a different regulatory role in Zm ABI4 b signaling pathway during biotic stresses.This study analyzed the internal relationship between Zm ABI4 b gene and calmodulin CAM1 gene in response to abiotic and biotic stresses through bioinformatics and gene expression,thus setting a bridge between the two different acting mechanisms of plants responsing to biotic and abiotic stresses.This is of great significance to understand the mechanisms of plants in response to abiotic and biotic stresses,and can provide reference for improving the quality and yield of maize.
