摘 要:线粒体电压依赖性阴离子通道蛋白(voltage-dependent anion channels,VDACs)是广泛存在于真核生物中的一种孔蛋白,主要定位于线粒体外膜,参与线粒体内外物质和能量的传输以及线粒体介导的细胞程序性死亡过程。本综述对近年来植物VDACs的研究进行了全面的总结和分析:植物VDACs的序列上存在区别于其它真核生物的特有基序;不同植物中都存在不同数目的VDACs异构体,但其二级结构高度保守;植物VDACs不仅仅定位于线粒体外膜,它们非线粒体外膜的共定位预示着功能的多样性;植物VDACs在不同物种、不同器官以及不同发育阶段的表达模式存在着明显的差异;在参与胁迫应答和防御反应、调控生长发育及育性等方面植物VDACs发挥着重要的功能。这些关于植物VDACs的研究对于农作物和园艺产品产量的增加、品质的提高有着重要的意义,对于植物抗性研究及基因工程育种具有一定的参考价值。Mi tochondrial voltage-dependent anion channels(VDACs)are a kind of porins widely found in eukaryotes.They are mainly located in the outer membrane of mitochondria,involved in the transport of solutes and energy,and participate in the progress of Programmed Cell Death mediated by mitochondria.In this review,the researches on plant VDACs in recent years have been comprehensively summarized and analyzed:there are some conserved motifs existed in plant VDACs,which are unique to other eukaryotes;different numbers of isoforms of VDACs are present in different plants,but their secondary structures are highly conserved;plant VDACs are not only localized in the mitochondrial outer membrane,their co-localization of non-mitochondrial outer membranes indicates functional diversity;there are significant differences in the expression patterns of plant VDACs in different species,organs or developmental stages;plant VDACs play an important role in participating in stress and defense responses,regulating development and fertility,and so on.These researches on plant VDACs have important significance for the increase of yield and quality of crops and horticultural products,also have certain reference value for plant resistance research and genetic engineering breeding.
