摘  要:为探讨燕麦不同磷效率品种对低磷胁迫响应特征的差异,选择磷高效燕麦品种‘V7’、‘56’和磷低效燕麦品种‘60’、‘65’为材料,采用溶液培养试验,研究不同磷效率燕麦品种在正常供磷1 mmol/L(HP)和低磷胁迫0.1 mmol/L(LP)处理下,燕麦植株生物量、磷素浓度及磷素吸收效率的差异。主要结果有:(1)LP处理下磷高效燕麦品种‘V7’、‘56’的根系、地上部、全株生物量及根冠比显著高于磷低效燕麦品种‘60’、‘65’,磷低效品种‘60’和‘65’的LP处理根系、地上部和全株生物量及根冠比均显著低于HP处理,而磷高效品种‘V7’和‘56’在LP和HP间无显著差异。(2)LP处理下磷高效燕麦品种‘V7’和‘56’的根系、地上部和整株磷浓度显著高于磷低效品种‘60’和‘65’,两个磷低效品种LP处理根系、地上部和整株磷浓度显著低于HP处理。(3)LP处理下磷高效燕麦品种‘V7’和‘56’的根系和植株磷吸收效率显著高于燕麦磷低效品种‘60’和‘65’,LP处理下磷低效燕麦品种‘60’和‘65’根系和整株磷吸收效率磷吸收率较HP处理显著降低,分别下降64.5%和47.9%,表明磷高效燕麦品种对低磷环境适应性更强。In order to investigate the differenc es in response characteristics of different phosphorus efficiency varieties to low phosphorus stress,phosphorus efficient oat varieties ‘V7’,‘56’and phosphorus low-efficiency oat varieties ‘60’and ‘65’were selected as materials,and solution culture experiments were conducted to study different phosphorus efficiency oat varieties in different phosphorus.The difference of biomass,phosphorus concentration and phosphorus uptake efficiency of oat plants at different horizontal level(HP 1 mmol/L and LP 0.1 mmol/L).The main results were as follows:(1)The roots,shoots,whole plant biomass and root-shoot ratio of phosphorusefficient oat varieties ‘V7’and ‘56’under LP treatment were significantly higher than those of phosphorus inefficient oat varieties ‘60’and ‘65’.The roots,shoots,whole plant biomass and root-shoot ratio of phosphorus inefficient varieties ‘60’and ‘65’were significantly lower than those of HP treatment,while the phosphorus efficient varieties ‘V7’and ‘56’had no significant difference between LP and HP.(2)The phosphorus concentration in roots,shoots and whole plants of phosphorus-efficient oat varieties ‘V7’and ‘56’was significantly higher than that of phosphorus inefficient varieties ‘60’and ‘65’.The phosphorus concentrations in roots,shoots and whole plants of two phosphorus inefficient varieties were significantly lower than those of HP.(3)The phosphorus uptake efficiency of roots and plants of phosphorus-efficient oat varieties ‘V7’and ‘56’under LP treatment was significantly higher than that of oat phosphorus inefficient varieties ‘60’and ‘65’,and the phosphorus uptake rate of phosphorus uptake efficiency in ‘60’and ‘65’roots and whole plants of P-efficient low-efficiency oat varieties under LP treatment was significantly lower than that of HP treatment,which decreased by 64.5%and 47.9%,respectively.It indicates that the phosphorus efficient oat varieties are more adaptable to
