摘 要:本研究对江西铅山红芽芋超低温疗法脱毒试管芋的盆栽种植进行农艺性状分析。结果表明,经SSR检测,江西铅山红芽芋未脱毒试管芋盆栽苗的遗传稳定性未发生变化;超低温疗法脱毒可以提高江西铅山红芽芋脱毒试管芋盆栽苗的地上部长势,促进植株长高,增加单株茎叶鲜重;可以提高江西铅山红芽芋脱毒试管芋盆栽苗的叶绿素含量和根系活力,从而间接促进了其光合作用和干物质的积累;可以提高江西铅山红芽芋脱毒试管芋盆栽苗的净光合速率Pn、气孔导度Gs、细胞间CO2浓度Ci、蒸腾速率Tr、气孔限制值Ls、水分利用效率WUE和瞬时羧化速率CUE,显著促进其光合效率;还可以增加江西铅山红芽芋脱毒试管芋的单株芋重、单株芋数和芋产量,降低平均芋仔重,具有显著的增产效应。本试验结果可为江西铅山红芽芋超低温疗法脱毒试管芋规模化繁育和大田种植提供参考依据。In this paper,the agronomic traits of virus-free by cryotherapy test-tube corms of Jiangxi Yanshan red bud taro planted in pots were analyzed.The results showed that SSR analysis showed that the genetic stability of potted seedlings of the virus-free test-tube corms did not change.Virus-free by cryotherapy could improve the growth potential of potted seedlings of Jiangxi Yanshan red bud taro virus-free test-tube corms,promote plant growth and increase fresh weight of stem and leaf pre plant.Virus-free by cryotherapy could improve chlorophyll content and root activity of potted seedlings of Jiangxi Yanshan red bud taro virus-free test-tube corms,thus indirectly promoting photosynthesis and dry matter accumulation.Virus-free by cryotherapy could improve the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal limit value(Ls),water use efficiency(WUE)and instantaneous carboxylation rate(CUE)of potted seedlings of Jiangxi Yanshan red bud taro virus-free test-tube corms and significantly promoted its photosynthetic efficiency.Virus-free by cryotherapy could increase the taro weight per plant,the number of taros per plant,and the taro yield of potted seedlings of Jiangxi Yanshan red bud taro virus-free test-tube corms,but reduce their son taro weight,which had a significant yield increase effect.The results can provide reference basis for large-scale breeding and field planting of virus-free test-tube corms by cryotherapy of Jiangxi Yanshan red bud taro.
