摘  要:坡垒和铁凌均为龙脑香科坡垒属的珍稀濒危树种,野生种群数量稀少。加快人工种苗繁育,对保护野生资源具有重要意义。在两种坡垒幼苗的培育过程中,选择适宜的培育基质尤为重要。本研究为了筛选出最适合两种坡垒生长的基质配方,采用L9(34)正交试验法,对不同基质配方下两种坡垒幼苗的生长状况进行了比较研究。研究结果表明,不同的基质配方对两种坡垒幼苗的生长情况影响不同,泥炭土是影响铁凌幼苗生长的主要因素,而黄壤土是影响坡垒幼苗生长的主要因素。适合坡垒幼苗生长的基质配方优水平为黄壤土∶泥炭土∶椰糠土=3∶2∶2(A3B3C3),适合铁凌幼苗生长的基质配方优水平为黄壤土∶泥炭土∶椰糠土=3∶2∶1(A3B3C2)。Both H.hainanensis and H.reticulata are rare and endangered tree species in Hopea genus of Dipterocarpaceae,and the number of wild population is scarce.Speeding up artificial culture development is of great significance to protect the wild resources.It is particularly important to select suitable substrates in cultivating seedlings of two tree species.In order to select the most suitable matrix formulas for the growth of H.hainanensis and H.reticulata seedlings,L9(34)orthogonal test was used to study the growth status of them under different matrix formulas.The results showed that different matrix formulas had different effects on the growth of seedlings of two tree species.Peat soil was the main factor affecting the seedling growth of H.reticulata,while yellow loam soil was the main factor affecting the seedling growth of H.hainanensis.The optimum matrix formula for seedling growth of H.hainanensis was yellow loam soil∶peat soil∶coconut chaff soil=3∶2∶2(A3 B3 C3).Meanwhile,the optimum matrix formula for seedling growth of H.reticulata was yellow loam soil∶peat soil∶coconut chaff soil=3∶2∶1(A3 B3 C2).
