摘　　要：目的分析老年过敏性皮肤病患者血清过敏原特异性IgG和IgE检测结果,为过敏性疾病的预防和治疗提供依据.方法对225例老年过敏性皮肤病患者,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测血清中食物过敏原特异性IgG和吸入性过敏原特异性IgE,对检测结果进行分析.结果食物过敏原特异性IgG的总阳性率为93.33%,吸入性过敏原特异性IgE的总阳性率为34.22%.不同性别患者均以食物特异性IgG阳性为主,食物性特异性IgG阳性率高于吸入性特异性IgE,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论血清特异性IgG和IgE与老年过敏性皮肤病均具有一定的相关性,食入性过敏原以鸡蛋为最多,吸入性过敏原以狗毛为最多,这为老年过敏性疾病的诊断预防和治疗提供一定的参考.Objective To analyze the serum allergen-specific IgG and IgE in older patients with allergic dermatosis.Methods Food allergen-specific IgG and inhaled allergen-specific IgE in serum of 225 older patients with allergic dermatosis were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The overall positive rate of food allergen-specific IgG was 93.33%,and the overall positive rate of inhaled allergen-specific IgE was 34.22%.Food allergen-specific IgG was predominant in patients of different genders.The positive rate of food allergen-specific IgG was higher than that of inhaled allergen-specific IgE(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum specific IgG and IgE are correlated with allergic dermatosis in the elderly.The most common food allergens are eggs and inhaled allergens are dog hair.
