摘  要:目的探讨多次捐献机采血小板对献血者Plt及凝血功能的影响,为献血招募提供科学合理依据。方法筛选参加河南省红十字血液中心无偿捐献机采血小板献血者,随机选择初次献血者(以前没有捐献过全血或成分血者)30例,为对照组,1年内连续献机采血小板20次以上者30例,为实验组,分别检测2组献血者的Plt、PT、APTT及Fb、FV、FⅧ、FⅨ等凝血因子含量,比较2组上述指标是否有统计学差异。结果实验组献血者的Plt,PT、APTT及Fb、FV、FⅧ、FⅨ凝血因子含量分别为(247±54)×10^9/L,(11.5±0.54)s,(35.9±0.74)s,(3.07±0.52)g/L,(122±11.05)%,(124±11.45)%,(129±15.18)%,与对照组相比,差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重复捐献机采血小板对献血者Plt及凝血功能无明显影响,从凝血功能方面来说,定期捐献机采血小板对献血者来说是安全的。Objective To explore the effects of repeated plateletpheresis on platelet counts and blood coagulation parameters in healthy blood donors at Henan province.Methods 30 new voluntary plateletpheresis donors who had neither donated whole blood nor blood components before in Henan Red Cross Blood Center were selected as the control group,and other 30 repeated plateletpheresis donors with more than 20 consecutive times of donation within one year were randomly selected as the experimental group.Parameters such as platelet counts,PT,APTT,Fb,FV,FⅧ and FⅨ between the blood donors in two groups were observed and compared.Results No significant difference was observed at all parameters,including platelet counts,PT,APTT,Fb,FV,FⅧ and FⅨ,between the blood donors in two groups.Conclusion Repeated plateletpheresishas no significant effect on platelet counts and blood coagulation of blood donors.From the aspect of blood coagulation function,regular donation of plateletpheresis is safe for blood donors.
