摘　　要：目的探讨使用PDCA循环法对改进急救用血流程的意义。方法使用PDCA循环法对某院急救用血流程进行持续改进,以改进后2018年10-12月作为观察组,与2017年同期作为对照组进行对比分析,并对改进结果进行分析整理。结果观察组与对照组相比,急救申请合格率从46.8%提高至58%(Z=-2.694,P<0.01),输血科接收急救用血申请到完成输血前相容性检验时间从109.5 min降低至20.3 min(t=12.002,P<0.01)。结论运用PDCA循环法对急救用血流程进行持续管理能有效提高急救用血申请的合格率,缩短急救用血发血时间,大大提高用血效率。Objective To explore the significance of using PDCA circulation method to improve the process of first-aid blood transfusion.Methods The PDCA circulation method was applied for the continuous improvement of the process of first-aid blood transfusion in our hospitals.The improved blood transfusion process,from October to December,2018,was taken as the observation group and compared with the same period in 2017 as the control group,and the improved results were analyzed and sorted out.Results Compared with the control group,the qualified rate of emergency application was increased from 46.8% to 58% in the observation group,with statistically significant difference(Z=-2.694,P<0.01),and the compatibility test time of emergency blood decreased from 109.5min to 20.3min,with statistically significant difference(t=12.002,P<0.01).Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation method for continuous management of the process of first-aid blood transfusion can effectively improve the qualified rate of emergency blood application,shorten the time of emergency blood issuing,and greatly improve the efficiency of blood use.
