摘　　要：目的通过比较早产孕妇与足月分娩孕妇外周血中核因子-κB p65(NF-κB p65)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及胎膜组织中NF-κB p65的表达,探讨其与早产的关系。方法酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA法)测定早产伴亚临床绒毛膜羊膜炎(SC)组、早产不伴亚临床绒毛膜羊膜炎组,足月分娩组血清中NF-κB p65,IL-6水平;应用免疫组化的方法检测胎膜组织中NF-κB p65的表达。结果(1)早产伴SC组血清NF-κB p65,IL-6水平比早产不伴SC组、足月分娩组明显增高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)胎膜免疫组化染色结果显示,早产伴SC组、早产不伴SC组和足月分娩组NF-κB p65蛋白的表达分别为59.65%,14.29%和13.33%。早产伴SC组明显高于另外两组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论早产伴亚临床绒毛膜羊膜炎者NF-κB p65明显增高,说明其可能通过调控IL-6的表达从而启动早产分娩。血清中NF-κB p65变化水平与免疫组化结果基本一致,可以通过其血清学变化预测早产的发生。Objective To analyse the changes of(nuclear factor kappa B)NF-κB p65and(interleukin-6)IL-6in peripheral blood and the Expression of NF-κB p65in fetal membranes of preterm pregnant and Reach their relationship with preterm labor.Methods Maternal plasma NF-κB p65and IL-6levels were detected by enzyme-linked Immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The expression of NF-κB p65in fetal membranes were detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC).All results were divided into preterm labor with and without subclinical chorioamnionitis group,and full-term delivery group.Results The plasma NF-κB p65and IL-6and the expression of NF-κB p65of fetal membranes in preterm labor with subclinical chorioamnionitis group statistically significantly higher than those without and full-term delivery group(P<0.05).Conclusion NF-κBp65plays a role in the initiation of preterm labor by regulating IL-6.Preterm labor can be predicted by changes in serum NF-κB p65.
