菟仙芪黄育嗣方治疗精索静脉曲张不育症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察精索静脉曲张不育症患者口服院内制剂菟仙芪黄育嗣方治疗前后的精液指标和临床症状。方法:随机选取治疗组30例、对照组30例。对照组手术治疗,治疗组口服院内制剂菟仙芪黄育嗣方治疗。观察两组治疗前、治疗3个月精液常规指标。结果:两组治疗3个月精液常规指标比较,治疗组精液指标中精子密度及精子活力较对照组有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:菟仙芪黄育嗣方能够显著提高精索静脉曲张不育症患者的精子密度和活力,并且能够显著改善临床症状。Objective:Through observing the effect of Tuxianqihuangyusifang capsule based on clinical therapy of the patients inVarico-cele infertility.Method:Randomly selected 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the the control. The control group was treated with surgery. The treatment group was treated with Tuxianqihuangyusifang capsule. The semen routine indexes within 3 months before and after treatment were observed. Sperm density and sperm motility in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion:it can significantly improve sperm density and motility in patients with varicocele infertility. Also improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
