摘　　要：目的:探讨大承气汤对肠源性脓毒血症大鼠细胞因子IL-6、IL-10、TNF-a表达的影响。方法:盲肠结扎穿孔(CLP)诱导脓毒血症大鼠,各组动物分别给以相应药物进行灌胃给药。实验结束后8h,腹主动脉取外周血分离血清和肠组织匀浆获取上清液,ELISA法测定IL-6、IL-10、TNF-a水平。结果:大承气汤能降低外周血血清和肠组织中IL-6、TNF-a含量,升高IL-10含量。结论:大承气汤能通过调节脓毒血症中炎性细胞因子和抑炎细胞因子的分泌,调整二者平衡,减缓肠黏膜局部炎症病理进展。Objective:To investigate the effect of Dachengqi Decoction on the expression of cytokines IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-a in rats with intestinal sepsis. Methods:The rats with septicemia were induced by cecal ligation and puncture(CLP). The animals in each group were given the corresponding drugs for intragastric administration. 8 hours after the end of the experiment,Serum obtained from peripheral blood with abdominal aorta and the supernatant obtained from Intestinal homogenate tissue fluid.The levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-a were measured by ELISA. Results:Dachengqi Decoction can dramaticlly reduce the content of IL-6 and TNF-a in serum of peripheral blood and intestinal homogenate,but increase the content of IL-10. Conclusion:Dachengqi Decoction can regulate the balance between inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines in septicemia,and reduce the balance between the two.
