摘　　要：陕西有药品生产企业213家,拥有药品批准文号6600个,生物医药资源丰富、医药产业门类较为齐全,但近年来医药产值增长较缓,新增产品文号较少。为加快陕西医药产业的发展,基于三螺旋理论,对陕西生物医药产业发展提出如下对策:加大生物医药产业政策扶持力度;加快医药基础研究及转化;强化协同创新力度;建立医药产业生态链。There are 213 pharmaceutical manufacturers in Shaanxi Province,with 6600 drug approval numbers.There are abundant biomedical resources and complete categories of pharmaceutical industry.However,in recent years,the growth of pharmaceutical output value is slow,and the number of new products is less.In order to speed up the development of Shaanxi′s pharmaceutical industry,based on the triple helix theory,the following countermeasures are put forward for the development of biomedicine in Shaanxi Province:enhancing the support policy of biomedicine;accelerating the basic research and transformation of biomedicine;strengthening the collaborative innovation and establishing the ecological chain of pharmaceutical industry.
