摘  要:机体中存在两种脂肪组织,储存能量的白色脂肪组织(WAT)以及消耗能量的棕色脂肪组织(BAT)。一直以来,人们认为BAT通过消耗糖、氧化脂肪酸、产热来发挥耗能的作用。然而近年来的研究发现,除了经典的产热作用外,BAT还可以分泌多种细胞因子,统称为棕色脂肪因子。研究发现,移植BAT后分泌的棕色脂肪因子在肥胖的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。T3是首个被发现可以通过内分泌方式起作用的棕色脂肪因子,随后,陆续发现BAT分泌的成纤维细胞生长因子21、白细胞介素-6和胰岛素样生长因子-1也可以内分泌的方式作用于机体各个器官,从而调节机体的代谢功能。移植BAT可以改善动脉粥样硬化、脂肪肝等疾病。BAT的内分泌功能将越来越受到研究者的关注,并成为未来减重药物研发的潜在靶点。There are two types of adipose tissue in the body:energy-storing white adipose tissue(WAT)and energy-consuming brown adipose tissue(BAT).BAT has long been considered to play an energy-consuming role by consuming glucose,oxidizing fatty acids and producing heat.However,recent studies have found that BAT could secrete a variety of cytokines,known as brown adipocytokines,in addition to the classical thermogenic effect.It was found that the secretion of brown adipokines after BAT transplantation play an important role in the occurrence and development of obesity.T3 is the first brown adipocytokine found to be able to function in an endocrine way.Subsequently,fibroblast growth factor 21,interleukin-6 and insulin-like growth factor-1 secreted by BAT have been found to act on various organs in an endocrine manner,thereby regulating the metabolic function of the body.BAT transplantation can improve atherosclerosis,fatty liver and other diseases.The endocrine function of BAT will be paid more and more attention by researchers and become a potential target for the development of weight-loss drugs in the future.
