摘 要:金属有机骨架材料(metal organic frameworks,MOFs)是一类无机化合物;类沸石咪唑酯骨架结构材料(zeolitic imidazolateframeworks,ZIFs)作为其亚簇,具有孔径大、稳定性好、比表面积大、生物相容性好等优点。ZIFs的特殊结构性质使其具有作为药物载体的潜力,如可装载抗肿瘤药物达到肿瘤部位并响应微环境特点进行释药等。本文综述了ZIFs及其复合物在药物递送方面,特别是抗肿瘤药方面的应用原理及其前景。Metal organic frameworks(MOFs) are a class of inorganic compounds, and zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIFs) as sub-clusters of MOFs have the advantages of large pore size, good stability, high specific surface area, and good biocompatibility. These special properties make ZIFs and their complexes to be the potential drug carriers, which can encapsulate and deliver anti-tumor drugs to tumor sites and triggered release in response to acidic environment. This paper focuses on the application and prospect of ZIFs and their complexes in antitumor therapy.
