摘  要:直升机模拟器飞控反驱功能由操纵负荷系统中的电动执行机构实现。操纵负荷系统是直升机模拟器的重要组成部分,在高等级直升机模拟器中,不仅要进行杆力特性及杆行程的模拟,还需要对飞控反驱功能进行仿真模拟,包括反驱功能模拟、接触杆功能模拟、总距保安功能模拟等。在直升机模拟器中,飞控反驱功能主要用于稳定和控制直升机的飞行姿态和航迹运动。文章首先简要介绍直升机模拟器操纵负荷系统的基本工作原理,然后从原理及实现的角度重点介绍操纵负荷系统中飞控功能的设计与实现,对某型直升机模拟器操纵负荷系统飞控功能研制过程中遇到及解决的关键技术问题进行了总结与分析。The helicopter simulator flight control anti-drive function is realized by the electric actuator in the control loading system. Control Loading System is an important part of helicopter simulator. In high level helicopter simulator,not only the simulation of rod force and rod travel,but also the automatic flight control function should be simulated,including flight control anti-drive function simulation,flight control contact rod function,total range security function simulation,etc.. In the helicopter simulator,the flight control anti-drive function is used to stabilize and control the flight attitude and track movement of the helicopter. First of all,the article briefly introduced the basic working principle of the helicopter simulator control loading system. Then,from the perspective of principle and implementation of flight control function in the control loading system were introduced. The problems encountered and solved in the development of the flight control function of a helicopter simulator control loading system were summarized and analyzed.
